Abstract: College students' voluntary service is an important carrier for colleges and universities to educate people through labor, is an effective path to implement the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people, and is of great significance to the growth of college students. This paper expounds the connotation of labor education and voluntary service, clarifies the relationship between them, points out the significance of integrating the concept of labor education into college students' voluntary service, and then puts forward some measures for college students' voluntary service reform from the perspective of labor education, providing reference suggestions for innovation of college students' voluntary service work in higher vocational colleges.
