创客平台下校企“轮换互动”的创新型人才培养模式研究与实践

Research and Practice on Innovative Talent Training Mode of “Rotation and Interaction” between Schools and Enterprises under Maker Platform

摘要: 课题组在多年校企合作培养人才的基础上,总结“双元”培养的主要技术路径,校企联合创建创客创新平台,在原有专业知识技能培养的基础上,延伸教学工作链,从“创新意识+创新技能+创新实践”螺旋上升的三个层面,构建学校和企业“轮换互动”的创客式培养模式。通过创客平台搭建,为学校和企业联合培养构建更多桥梁,由学校教师和企业工程师共同承担进入创客创新社团学生的培养,双方共同建立专业教育+创新教育的育训体系,并提出了创新能力评价标准。实践证明,“轮换互动”校企联合培养模式的不断推行,有效提升了学生的学习积极性、提高了学生的专业技能与创新能力。

Abstract: On the basis of many years of cooperation between schools and enterprises, the research group summarized the main technical path of "dual" training, jointly established a maker innovation platform, extended the teaching chain on the basis of the training of original professional knowledge and skills, and built a maker training mode of "rotation and interaction" between schools and enterprises from the three levels of "innovation consciousness + innovation skills + innovation practice". Through the establishment of maker platform, more bridges are built for the joint training of schools and enterprises. School teachers and enterprise engineers jointly undertake the training of students entering maker innovation society. Both sides jointly establish the education and training system of professional education + innovation education, and put forward the evaluation standard of innovation ability. Practice has proved that with the continuous implementation of the "rotation and interaction" school enterprise joint training mode, students' learning enthusiasm, professional skills and innovation ability have been effectively improved.
