Abstract: In economic development under the background of the new normal, colleges and universities by building up innovative entrepreneurial practice educational system, around the national development strategy, giving full play to the advantages of college education, deepen the reform of the education teaching process and develop students' innovative ability, cultivation of the comprehensive development of socialist builders and successors, booster became the important power of the nation's innovation and development of colleges and universities, to serve economic and social transformation and development. By analyzing the operational elements of the innovation and entrepreneurship practice education system in colleges and universities, this paper explores the construction of the innovation and entrepreneurship practice education system in colleges and universities. On the basis of designing the overall framework and combining with specific majors, this paper discusses the ways to realize the system, in order to promote the scientific development of innovation and entrepreneurship practice education in colleges and universities.
