高职院校产教融合教学模式的构建与实施策略分析

摘要: 产教融合教学模式的构建,可以使高职院校培养出的人才更加符合企业的需求。从企业的角度来讲,可以发展企业的新产业技术,使企业获得更多技术支持,从而实现校企共同发展的目标。在具体的实施和构建过程中,高职院校要改革教学模式,加强与企业的合作,明确人才培养目标,进一步推动高职院校实现产教融合。基于此,该文简述了产教融合的定义,分析了当前高职院校在产教融合教学模式的构建和实施中存在的问题,并且就存在的问题提出了有效的应对策略,供相关人士参考。

Abstract: The construction of the teaching mode of integration of production and education, for the teaching of higher vocational colleges, can make the teaching of the school itself more in line with the needs of social enterprises. From the perspective of the enterprise, it can develop the new industrial technology of the enterprise and obtain more technical support, so as to achieve the goal of common development between schools and enterprises. However, in the specific implementation and construction process, higher vocational colleges should continuously reform the teaching mode, strengthen cooperation with enterprises, clarify the goals of talent training, and further promote the integration of production and education in higher vocational colleges. Based on this, this paper briefly describes the definition of the integration of production and education, analyzes the current problems existing in the construction and implementation of the teaching mode of the integration of production and education in higher vocational colleges, and proposes effective coping strategies for the existing problems for relevant people refer to.
