基于校企合作的酒店管理专业学生职业能力提升策略研究——以广东外语外贸大学南国商学院中餐厅英语经营实践基地为例

A Study on Occupational Ability Improvement Strategies of Hotel Management Students Based on School-Enterprise Cooperation——A Case of English Practice Base of Chinese Restaurant in Guangdong University of Foreign Studies South China Business College

摘要: 目前高校酒店管理专业学生的职业能力与酒店的人才需求存在错位,而酒店管理是实践性较强的专业,仅靠课堂传授的理论知识显然无法解决现存问题。校企合作共建基地为学生提供实践平台,培养专业人才,从而提升学生以专业能力、外语能力、社会能力和发展能力为主的职业能力。中餐厅英语经营实践基地是广东外语外贸大学南国商学院和从一品餐饮管理公司共建的校企合作基地,旨在为酒店管理专业学生提供专业实践平台,提升学生的职业能力。通过问卷调查和测试分析,发现学生在各方面的职业能力都有所提升,但也发现校企合作共建基地在运营管理上存在亟待改进的问题,最后针对现存问题提出解决策略。

Abstract: At present, there is a mismatch between the occupational ability of students majoring in hotel management and the talents’demand of the hotel in colleges and universities, and the hotel management is a practical major, so the existing problems cannot be solved only by curriculum. The school-enterprise cooperation base provides a practical platform for students to train professional talents, so as to enhance professional ability, English proficiency ability, social ability and development ability. Chinese Restaurant English Practice and Operation Base is a school-enterprise cooperation base jointly established by Guangdong University of Foreign Studies (GDUFS) South China Business College and Congyipin Catering Management Co., LTD., aiming to provide a professional practice platform for hotel management students and improve their professional ability. Through questionnaire survey and test analysis, it is found that the professional ability of practical students has been improved in all aspects, but also found that there are urgent problems in the operation and management of school-enterprise cooperation base, and finally proposed solutions to the existing problems.
