摘要: 为提高教学质量、深化课程实训改革、加强学生素质拓展,结合通信工程专业培养方案的目标要求,以4G LTE移动通信为例,提出“以知识储备为基础,专业技能为核心,素质拓展为目标”的实训培养模式。该文分别从实训培养过程、教学运行模式、平台建设和多元化教学评价等方面进行介绍,实施任务化教学,包括移动通信网的硬件搭建、网络配置、网络调试以及网络监测,采用商用级整网实训平台,让学生亲身体验网络运行的真实情境,解决移动通信网络工程存在的实际问题,提高学生的工程职业素养。

Abstract: In order to improve the teaching quality, deepen the curriculum training reform and strengthen the quality development of the students, combined with the objectives and requirements of the communication engineering major training program, taking 4G LTE mobile communication as an example, the practical training mode that knowledge reserve, professional skills and quality development are taken as the basis, the core and the goal respectively is proposed. The practical training process, teaching operation mode, platform construction and diversified teaching evaluation are introduced respectively in the paper. The task-based teaching is implemented, including the mobile communication network hardware construction, network configuration, network debugging and network monitoring. Based on the commercial grade training platform of whole network, the students experience the real situation of network operation and solve the practical problems existing in mobile communication network engineering for improving the engineering professionalism.
