Abstract: At the present stage, vigorously developing art education and teaching and promoting the improvement of the training of technical and skilled talents are important cornerstones and key forces to speed up the construction of an educational power. In this context, teaching reform and talent training have become an inevitable requirement of the society. According to the characteristics of art colleges and universities, this paper analyzes the basic needs of the current society for art teaching, discusses the essential factors that colleges and universities need to cultivate talents in teaching reform, and puts forward new measures from the aspects of innovative ideas, teacher team construction, moral and aesthetic education, in order to continuously promote the teaching reform of art colleges and universities and the improvement of talent training system.
