摘要: 工程管理专业主要培养在工程建设领域从事全寿命周期管理的高素质管理人才。工程执业资格考试主要考核工程执业人员的理论水平、实践经验和组织管理能力。该文分析了工程管理专业建设和发展的现状,指出了工程管理专业建设和发展中存在的问题,通过对工程执业资格考试制度与工程管理专业建设和发展的内在联系进行分析,提出了基于工程执业资格考试制度优化工程管理专业建设和发展的策略。

Abstract: The major of engineering Management mainly cultivates high-quality management talents engaged in life cycle management in the field of engineering construction. The engineering practice qualification examination mainly assesses the theoretical level, practical experience and organizational management ability of engineering practitioners. This paper analyzes present situation of the construction and the development of engineering management specialty, pointing out the engineering management major problems existing in the construction and development. Through the internal relationship analysis of the engineering qualification examination system and engineering management specialty construction and development, the paper puts forward the strategy of optimizing the construction and development of engineering management specialty based on the engineering qualification examination system.
