摘要: 该文以当前社会经济和区域经济发展需要为出发点,分析了土建专业人才培养模式的现状和存在的问题,论述了职业教育人才培养模式的改革策略:从知识技能对接岗位需求、工学交替育人模式、模块化课程体系构建、创新创业教育体系构建、管理与评价体系改革等方面进行了深入研究,给出了全面提升学生综合素质的人才培养模式改革策略。

Abstract: Based on the needs of current social economy and regional economic development, this paper analyzes the status quo and existing problems of personnel training mode of civil engineering specialty, and discusses the reform strategies of personnel training mode of vocational education: This paper conducts in-depth research from six aspects: the combination of knowledge and skills with job demands, the education mode of alternating work and study, the construction of modular curriculum system, the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship education system, and the reform of management and evaluation system, and puts forward the reform strategy of talent training mode which can comprehensively improve students' comprehensive quality.
