基于创新人才培养的高校实验室管理研究

摘要: 现行的培养模式要求强化创新型人才的培养,高校实验室对创新型人才的培养至关重要,是培养和提高学生实践能力和创新能力的重要场所。该文基于创新人才培养的管理理念、管理方式和管理制度,探讨通过加强实验室管理和建设,加强实验室师资队伍建设,搭建开放型实验平台与提升实验教学方法,加强实验室产学研联合培养等渠道,加强创新型人才培养。

Abstract: The current training mode requires to strengthen the training of innovative talents. University laboratory is very important to the training of innovative talents. It is an important place to train and improve students' practical ability and innovation ability. Based on innovative talent training laboratory management concept, management mode and management system of construction, by strengthening laboratory management and construction, improve laboratory teachers team construction, experimental teaching method, open experiment platform and ascend set to expand laboratory joint training channels, such as production, strengthen the innovative talent cultivation.
