摘要: 随着信息化发展,电子信息技术更新换代较快,社会需要大量具备专业技术且具有较强自主创新能力的电子信息人才。然而传统电子信息专业人才培养所开设的专业教学内容存在一定的滞后性,基于该方式培养的电子信息类人才与当前的产业需求不适应,学生不具备相应岗位的职业能力,较难适应电子信息产业的发展。该文探索基于产教融合的电子信息工程人才培养方式,密切结合产业需求,校企深度产教融合,以学科竞赛为基础,建立基于学科竞赛的产教融合创新环境,培养工程实践能力强且具有自主创新能力的电子信息类人才。

Abstract: With the current development of information technology, electronic information technology has developed rapidly. The society needs a large number of electronic information talents with industrial demand technology and strong independent innovation ability. However, there is a certain lag in the professional teaching content set up by the traditional electronic information professional training. The electronic information training based on this method does not adapt to the current needs of the industry. Students do not have the professional ability of the corresponding posts in the industry, so it is difficult to match the development of the electronic information industry. This paper explores the training mode of electronic information engineering talents based on the integration of industry and education and establishes an innovative environment of industry and education integration based on discipline competition, which will trains electronic information talents with strong engineering practice ability and independent innovation ability.
