“PBL-TBL”双轨教学法在管理哲学课程的实践与探索

Practice and Exploration of "PBL-TBL" Dual-Track Teaching Method in Management Philosophy Course

摘要: 管理哲学作为管理类专业基础课程,在构建管理类知识体系过程中起到不可或缺的作用。近年来,由于该课程传统教学模式的不足,导致教学效果不理想。为改变此现状,探索式地将以问题导向、团队协作为主要手段的“PBL-TBL”双轨教学模式引入到管理哲学课程。课程试点研究表明,“PBL-TBL”双轨教学法的引入,有利于学生自主学习习惯的培养和学习兴趣、团队协作能力和知识应用能力的提升,强化了管理哲学教学效果,有助于培养满足新文科要求的复合型管理人才。

Abstract: As a basic course of management specialty, management philosophy plays an indispensable role in the construction of management knowledge system. In recent years, the teaching effect of this course is not ideal because of the disadvantages of the traditional teaching mode. In order to change this situation, the dual-track teaching mode of "PBL-TBL", which is problem-oriented and team-building as the main means, is introduced into the teaching course of management philosophy. The pilot study of the course shows that the introduction of "PBL-TBL" dual-track teaching method is beneficial to the cultivation of students' independent habits, the improvement of their interest in learning, the improvement of their teamwork ability and knowledge application ability, the strengthening of the teaching effect of management philosophy, and the cultivation of new management talents to meet the requirements of new liberal arts.
