“双创”时代背景下高职教师角色转换路径探析

摘要: 随着经济产业快速发展,培养高素质创新型复合人才已成为高职院校教育改革的重点。创新创业教育是实现改革的重要措施,而教师是“双创”教育的实施主体,这就对教师提出了更高要求。该文基于“双创”背景,分析了当前高职院校创新创业教师的教学现状,并从创新创业理念、师资队伍建设、教师培养的激励机制等方面开展研究。以期通过此研究,为高职院校创新创业教师角色转换路径提供借鉴或参考,从而更好地提升高职教师的教育水平。

Abstract: With the continuous development of economy and industry, cultivating high-quality innovative talents with innovative and entrepreneurial ability has become the focus of higher vocational college education reform. Innovation and entrepreneurship education is an important measure to realize the reform, and teachers are the main body of innovation and entrepreneurship education, which puts forward higher requirements for teachers. Based on the background of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation", this paper analyzes the current situation of innovation and entrepreneurship teachers in higher vocational colleges, and studies from the aspects of innovation and entrepreneurship concept, teacher team construction, incentive mechanism of teacher training and so on. Through this research, it is expected to provide some reference or reference for the role transformation path of innovation and entrepreneurship teachers in higher vocational colleges, so as to better improve the education level of higher vocational teachers.
