摘要: 随着大数据、互联网的快速发展,探索以学生为中心的线上线下混合教学模式,是新时代教学改革的要求。针对目前教学中存在的线上线下教学衔接性差、教学内容重复、学生自主建构知识水平不高等问题,该文基于建构主义理论,以不动产估价课程为例,从教学资源建设、教学内容构建、教学方式改革、教学评价体系等方面,提出线上线下混合式教学模式。该成果在课程教学中进行应用,为混合式课程教学改革提供示范作用。

Abstract: With the rapid development of big data and the Internet, it is the requirement of teaching reform in the new era to explore the student-centered a blended teaching mode. In view of the problems existing in the current teaching, such as poor connection between online and offline teaching, repeated content and low level of students' independent construction knowledge. Based on constructivism theory, this study takes the real estate appraisal course as an example, and puts forward the construction mode of online and offline blended teaching from four aspects: teaching resources, teaching content, teaching methods and teaching evaluation. It is also applied in undergraduate teaching to provide a demonstration for the teaching reform of courses.
