摘要/Abstract

摘要： 该文简要介绍了武汉工商学院世界技能大赛基地建设已开展的特色工作,包括专业建设与世赛比赛项目精准对接、世赛班人才培养方案与世赛技术文件精准对接、师资团队建设与专家/教练队伍的精准对接等五个对接。并通过总结和思索,以期在世界技能大赛基地建设的科学性、持续性,基地成果转化的有效性和高效性,世界技能大赛基地功能多元化,世界技能大赛基地集群建设等方面取得进一步突破。

关键词: 基地建设, 精准对接, 成果转化

Abstract: This paper briefly introduces the characteristic work carried out in the construction of WBU World Games Base, including five precise docking of professional construction and World Games competition projects, World Games talent training program and World Games technical documents, teacher team construction and expert/coach team. Through summarizing and thinking, the author hopes to make further breakthroughs in the aspects of the scientific nature, sustainability, effectiveness and efficiency of the base achievement transformation, the function diversification of the base and the construction of the base cluster.
