摘要: 为解决现阶段学校创新创业教育质量评价缺失问题,对国内外“双创”教育质量评价进行比较,分析了CIPP模型、AHP和FCE评价法应用于创新创业教育质量评价的适切性,在借鉴CIPP模型的基础上,尝试从背景、输入、过程、成果四个方面构建指标体系,再运用层次分析和模糊综合评价相结合的方法,计算指标权重并得出评价结果。从结果可知,学校在师资投入、资源配置、教学方面存在不足,有待进一步提高。

Abstract: To solve the problem of the lack of quality evaluation of innovation and entrepreneurship education in schools at this stage, we compare the quality evaluation of innovation and entrepreneurship education at home and abroad, analyze the suitability of CIPP model, AHP and FCE evaluation method applied to the quality evaluation of innovation and entrepreneurship education, and try to construct an index system from four aspects of background, input, process and result based on the CIPP model, and then use the combination of hierarchical analysis and fuzzy.The evaluation results are based on a combination of hierarchical analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. From the analysis of the results, the school has shortcomings in teacher input, resource allocation and teaching, and needs further improvement.
