The Dilemma and Path of Precise Service for College Students Employment——Based on Stakeholder Theory

摘要: 大学生就业精准服务已成为新形势下我国就业服务工作的内在诉求。基于利益相关者理论,从社会、政府、企业与高校及大学生自身等角度出发,发现就业精准服务过程中存在政府政策制定缺乏精准性、社会力量参与不足、企业与高校目的不一致、学生综合素质有待提升等困境。鉴于此,应着力加强宏观规划,全面推进精准服务;发挥社会组织优势,积极参与精准服务;校企合作,发挥合力,确保精准服务;树立自助意识,积极参加培训,提高综合素质。

Abstract: Under the new situation, accurate employment service for college students has become the internal demand of employment service work in China. Based on stakeholder theory, from the society, the government, enterprises and universities and college students, found that there are many difficulties in the process of accurate employment services, such as the lack of accurate government policy formulation, insufficient participation of social forces, the conflicting purposes of enterprises and universities, and the limitation of students' comprehensive quality. We should focus on strengthening macro planning and comprehensively promoting precision services; Make full use of the advantages of social organizations and actively participate in precise services; School-enterprise cooperation, exert joint efforts to ensure accurate service; Establish self - help consciousness, actively participate in training and improve comprehensive quality.
