摘要/Abstract

摘要： 产教融合是当前院校深化“人才培养、服务社会”职能的重要落脚点,有效满足区域经济社会发展所需,特别是区域经济领军的高新技术产业在人才储备、技术创新等方面的切实需求,构建符合利益相关者的产教融合机制,成为各院校教育教学改革的重要任务。该文结合黑龙江区域情况,通过系统调研,分析了院校在产教融合进程中的主要问题并提出了改进建议,为高校开展校企产教融合工作提供借鉴。

Abstract: The integration between industry and education is an important starting point for colleges and universities to deepen the function of "cultivating talents and serving society". How to effectively meet the needs of regional economic and social development, especially the practical needs of high-tech industries led by regional economy in terms of talent reserve, technological innovation, etc., and how to construct the mechanism of integration between industry and education in line with stakeholders have become an important task in the reform of teaching and education in colleges and universities. Based on the situation of Heilongjiang province, this paper presents the main blocking problems of colleges and universities in the process of the integration between industry and education through systematic research, and puts forward suggestions for improvement, which can provide reference for colleges and universities in the implementation of the integration between industry and education.
