应用型本科高校创新创业教育体系构建研究

摘要: 随着我国高等教育事业的不断发展,每年走出大学校园的高素质人才数量越来越多,在这样的背景下,社会对人才的要求也在逐渐提高。大学生就业压力越来越大,尤其对应用型本科院校毕业生而言,如何顺利进入岗位,以及如何在岗位上获得良好发展,是其自身以及相关院校应认真考虑的。因此,应用型本科院校在调整人才培养方案的同时,也应该大力开展创新创业教育,使学生既能通过就业获得良好发展,也能通过创业实现人生目标。但这建立在应用型本科院校能够构建有效的创新创业教育体系的基础上,基于此,该文针对应用型本科院校的创新创业教育体系进行了分析。

Abstract: With the continuous development of China's higher education, more and more high-quality talents go out of the university campus every year. Under this background, the social requirements for talents are gradually improving. The employment pressure of college students is increasing, especially for the graduates of application-oriented colleges and universities, how to enter the post smoothly and how to get good development in the post should be carefully considered by themselves and relevant colleges and universities. Therefore, while adjusting the talent training program, application-oriented colleges and universities can also vigorously carry out innovation and entrepreneurship education, so that students can not only obtain good development through employment, but also achieve their life goals through entrepreneurship. However, this is based on the fact that application-oriented colleges and universities can build an effective innovation and entrepreneurship education system. Based on this, this paper makes a brief analysis on the innovation and entrepreneurship education system of application-oriented colleges and universities.
