体验式教学应用于传统文化《茶文化学》课程研究

摘要: 茶文化作为中国传统文化,近年广受重视。《茶文化学》是茶学专业必修课,是一门非常重要的专业课。针对部分理科生文化学习兴趣不浓、阅读习惯不系统,但动手能力和责任感较强的学情,该研究创设教学情境,引导学生主动学习,了解历史中的千年茶文化,在调研实践中品味五味茶文化,以及在穿越中领略越洋茶文化等体验式教学,让学生体验传统文化,使学生通过指尖、脚下、味蕾感受和学习传统文化。

Abstract: Tea culture teaching has been taken seriously in recent years as Chinese traditional culture. Tea Culture, a required course for tea science major students, plays an important role. Considered that the students majored in tea science are mostly week in cultural foundation and reading habit, but strong at practical ability and sense of responsibility, experiential teaching was studied in the research; created a teaching situation and guided students to actively learn; including reading thousand year tea culture in the history, tasting flavor tea culture in investigation, and learning foreign tea culture by travelling; by which way, the students can feel and learn tea culture with their hands, feet and taste.
