Abstract: The hotel management major of applied undergraduate colleges mainly cultivate high-quality, compound and applied professionals. The theory of multiple intelligences provides a new thinking framework for the training of hotel management professionals. Guided by theory of multiple intelligences, this paper expounds the connotation of theory of multiple intelligences, analyzes the necessity of applying theory of multiple intelligences to the cultivation of hotel management professionals, and puts forward specific measures for the cultivation of hotel management professionals, in order to provide reference for the cultivation of hotel management professionals in applied undergraduate colleges.
