Abstract: The “two tracks in one” training mode for professional postgraduates is a major innovation in cultivating outstanding clinical medical talents in China. It aims to cultivate clinical medicine talents with strong clinical practice ability. Although the new training mode has improved the clinical practice ability of medical postgraduates, the reduction of scientific research training time is reflected in the decline of their scientific research ability. To cope with this problem,we can improve the scientific research awareness of postgraduates, strengthen tutors' management of their students, and optimize the cultivation scheme of professional postgraduates.
