摘要: 基于共生理论进行应用型本科院校产教融合发展研究,对于厘清产教融合主体内在关系、推动产教融合主体协同发展、培养高素质应用型人才、提升产教融合实效等诸多方面都具有重要意义。该文首先对基于共生理论的应用型本科院校产教融合模式进行概述,分析我国应用型本科院校产教融合发展进程中存在的问题,再提出基于共生理论的应用型本科院校产教融合发展对策:构建更为健全的动力机制,发挥政府、企业、学校三大共生单元主体作用;改进现有的共生组织模式,充分保证产教融合的实际开展效果;改进互惠共生的行为模式,实现三方主体的同步发展。

Abstract: The research on the development of industry-education integration in application-oriented universities based on symbiosis theory is of great significance for clarifying the internal relationship between industry-education integration subjects, promoting the collaborative development of industry-education integration subjects, cultivating high-quality application-oriented talents, and improving the actual effect of industry-education integration. This paper based on the symbiosis theory fusion model of applied undergraduate colleges and universities education carries on the summary, analysis of applied undergraduate colleges and universities in our country the problems existing in the process of integration development, production and education and put forward based on the symbiosis theory fusion development countermeasure of applied undergraduate colleges and universities education: build a more sound motivation mechanism, government, enterprises, schools, three symbiotic unit main body role; Improve the existing symbiotic organization mode to fully ensure the practical effect of the integration of industry and education; Improve the behavior pattern of mutualism and realize the synchronous development of the three parties.
