Abstract: In recent years, with the reform of education, vocational education has also been widely concerned by people, and the country is also trying its best to develop vocational education. In this environment, the construction and management of teachers in higher vocational colleges have become an important part of education. The quality of teaching staff determines the quality of education and teaching, and part-time teachers are an important part of higher vocational colleges, which gradually show their unique role and value in the development of higher vocational colleges. It is beneficial to realize the steady and comprehensive development of higher vocational colleges to focus on the construction and management of part-time teachers. Based on this, this paper mainly studies the construction and management methods of part-time teachers in higher vocational colleges, hoping to bring some useful references for everyone.
