摘要/Abstract

摘要： 随着时代发展和经济结构的变化,当前成人教育发展面临着生源萎缩、教学效果差、认可度低等诸多困境, “大众创业,万众创新”伟大时代的到来,为成人教育带来了新的机遇。创新创业教育的理念聚焦了时代特征,关注了社会需求,成人教育管理者应顺应时代潮流,从转变观念、调整管理模式、深入开展教学改革,积极营造成人教育学生创新创业氛围诸多方面入手,促进成人高等教育的转型发展。

关键词: 创新创业, 成人教育, 转型

Abstract: With the development of the times and the change of the economic structure, the current development of adult education is facing many difficulties, such as the shrinking of students, the poor teaching effect and the low recognition. The arrival of the great era of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" brings new opportunities for adult education. The concept of innovation and entrepreneurship education focuses on the characteristics of the times and the needs of the society. Adult education managers should comply with the trend of the times, and promote the transformation and development of adult higher education by changing ideas, adjusting management mode, carrying out in-depth teaching reform, and actively creating the atmosphere of innovation and entrepreneurship for adult education students.
