摘要: 随着社会经济飞速发展,生产技术日趋先进,数控设备被广泛应用于各类企业中,数控技术人才成为社会日益关注的热点。对于职业院校,培养数控技术人才成为解决人才短缺的重要路径之一。但是,从职业院校走出的数控技术专业学生,与企业所需的成熟人才之间往往还具有一定距离,造成这种现象的主要原因在于学校和学生,核心在于职业院校的数控技术教育。面对这种教育问题,通过深层次、多方面分析职业院校数控技术专业教学,从中探寻出数控技术专业教学问题,然后对症下药,从中得出解决方案。

Abstract: With the rapid development of social economy, production technology is becoming more and more advanced, numerical control equipment is widely used in all kinds of enterprises, numerical control technology talent has become the focus of social concern. For vocational colleges, training numerical control technical personnel has become an important way to solve the shortage of talents. However, there is a certain distance between the students majoring in numerical control technology from vocational colleges and the mature talents required by enterprises. The main reason for this phenomenon lies in the school and students, and the core lies in the numerical control technology education in vocational colleges. In the face of this kind of education problem, through in-depth and various analysis of the professional teaching of numerical control technology in vocational colleges, to explore the teaching problem of numerical control technology, and then to find a solution.
