Abstract: Under the guidance of the goal of establishing morality and cultivating people in quality education, this paper expounds the basic connotation of human-oriented education concept from the perspective of human-oriented education concept, and analyzes the important value of the reform of swimming teaching in high school physical education under the guidance of this concept. On this basis, it puts forward the organic strategy of infiltrating human-oriented concept into swimming teaching in high school physical education. To promote the new era of high school physical education teaching effectiveness to provide reference.
