摘要/Abstract

摘要： 新课改以来,高校对思想政治教育的重视度不断提升,构建了大思政教育体系,在各学科教育中渗透思想政治教育,在对学生的管理中强化思想政治教育,构建协同育人机制,以提高思想政治教育和教育管理的有效性。教育与管理是学校工作的两个主要方向,思想政治教育与教育管理工作的融合,是必要且可行的。该文主要论述了思想政治教育与学生的教育管理工作融合的必要性和可行性,并对具体的融合路径进行详细的论述,从大思政课程体系、协同管理机制、网络管理平台、师资队伍建设四个方面来论述。

Abstract: Since the new curriculum reform, the importance of ideological and political education is constantly improving, the construction of a big ideological and political education system, the penetration of ideological and political education in the education of various disciplines, the strengthening of ideological and political education in the management of students, the construction of collaborative education mechanism, in order to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education and education management. Education and management are the two main directions of school work. The integration of ideological and political education and education management is necessary and feasible. This paper mainly discusses the necessity and feasibility of the integration of ideological and political education and student education management, and discusses the specific fusion path in detail. This paper discusses the course system of ideological and political science, the cooperative management mechanism, the network management platform and the construction of teaching staff.
