摘要/Abstract

摘要： 为进一步提高学校技能型人才培养效果,确保培养的学生更好地适应社会、符合现代社会的用人标准,将教学工厂与现代学徒制教学模式相结合应用到教学改革中,教学工厂是以企业实际生产环境为基准建设校园教学场所,现代学徒制是企业职业培训与学校教育结合的产教融合的深化产物,为更好实现“教学工厂”现代学徒制教学模式,要依照企业生产环节建立学校内部教学氛围、将生产任务和教学内容融合,开展生产性教学、创建刚性化教学工厂考核评价体系,以确保新型教学模式贯彻落实,为学校培养技能型人才提供帮助。

Abstract: In order to further improve the training effect of school skilled talents, ensure that the trained students better adapt to the society and meet the employment standards of modern society, the combination of teaching factory and modern apprenticeship teaching mode is applied to the teaching reform. The teaching factory is to build the campus teaching site based on the actual production environment of the enterprise, and the modern apprenticeship is the combination of enterprise vocational training and school education In order to better realize the modern apprenticeship teaching mode of "teaching factory", it is necessary to establish the internal teaching atmosphere of the school, integrate the production tasks and teaching contents, carry out productive teaching and establish the rigid assessment and evaluation system of the teaching factory in accordance with the production links of the enterprise, so as to ensure the implementation of the new teaching mode and provide for the training of skilled talents in the school help.
