摘要: 随着我国教育改革的逐渐深入,高校应当以就业为导向,致力于人才培养模式的改革,加强对学生职业能力的培养,使其能更好满足市场需求,适应社会发展。该文从企业对人力资源管理专业人才的职业能力需求出发,展开了基于就业视角下的人才培养模式思考和分析,并提出了创新人才培养模式的具体措施。

Abstract: With the deepening of education reform in China, colleges and universities should take employment as the guide, devote themselves to the reform of talent training mode, strengthen the training of students' professional ability, so that they can better meet the market demand and adapt to the social development. Starting from the demand of enterprises for professional ability of human resource management professionals, this paper analyzes the talent training mode from the perspective of employment, and puts forward specific measures to innovate the talent training mode.
