Abstract: In recent years, the state, the government and the universities have encouraged "mass entrepreneurship and innovation". As an important base for the cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents, the universities should further promote the construction of the innovation and entrepreneurship education system on the basis of strengthening the culture of the innovation and entrepreneurship. An effective innovation and entrepreneurship practice education system is not only the fundamental requirement of the "practicality" of the innovation and entrepreneurship education, but also the inherent requirement of ensuring the effectiveness of innovation and entrepreneurship education and talent training in colleges and universities. Based on the demand analysis of the practical education, this paper takes the Qilu university of technology as an example to build a "Five-in-one" system of the practical education based on the entrepreneurship research, the entrepreneurship teaching, the entrepreneurship training, the entrepreneurship competition and the entrepreneurship practice, and establish a scientific evaluation mechanism, so as to promote the sound development of the practical education mechanism of the universities.
