行动学习法在学前教育专业实践课中的应用实践

The Application and Practice of Action Learning in the Practical Course of Preschool Education

摘要: 学前教育专业实践课程对学生来说是非常重要的一部分,为了促进学生在实践课程中的参与和创新,学前教育专业教师也在不断的完善教育模式,根据学生的特点和课程的需求创新教学方法。行动学习的教学方式与传统的教学不同,能够有效的提升学前专业学生的积极性和主动性,推动实践课程的开展。该文主要探讨行动学习在学前教育专业实践课中的应用与实践,分析行动学习的原理以及在学前教育专业中应用的核心理念,总结出行之有效的应用策略。

Abstract: Practical curriculum of preschool education is a very important part for students. In order to promote students' participation and innovation in the practical curriculum, teachers of preschool education are constantly improving the educational model and innovating teaching methods according to the characteristics of students and the needs of the curriculum. The teaching method of action learning is different from the traditional teaching, which can effectively enhance the enthusiasm and initiative of preschool students and promote the development of practical courses. This paper mainly discusses the application and practice of action learning in the practical course of preschool education, analyzes the principle of action learning and the core ideas of its application in preschool education, and summarizes the effective application strategies.
