以《作物栽培学总论》为例论如何进一步优化小班化教学

How to Further Optimize the Teaching of Small Class based on the General Theory of Crop Cultivation

摘要: 该研究针对沈阳农业大学农学专业主干课程实施了小班化教学,例如《作物栽培学总论》《耕作学》等,以《作物栽培学总论》为例,通过调查问卷的形式调查学生和教师对小班化教学的感触,从学习心态、上课效率等方面探讨实施小班化教学的效果和收获。结果表明,小班化教学对教师而言是很大的挑战,并且增加了教师的工作量。小班化教学过程中,教师教学能力对课堂教学效果的影响更大。对待学生要从以前的以“管”为主,转换到现在的以引导为主。教师需要增加集体备课和交流,提高教育教学能力。小班教学效果更好,但其中很多具体实施的细则,还需要不断总结经验,进行改进。

Abstract: In this study, small class teaching was carried out for some main courses in Agricultural College of Shenyang Agricultural University, such as general theory of crop cultivation and farming. Taking general theory of crop cultivation as an example, students and teachers' feelings on small class teaching were investigated in the form of questionnaire, and the effect and harvest of small class teaching were discussed from the aspects of learning mentality and class efficiency. The results show that small class teaching is a great challenge for teachers, and increases the workload of teachers. In the process of small class teaching, teachers' teaching ability has a greater impact on classroom teaching effect. The treatment of students should be changed from "management" to "guidance". Teachers need to increase collective lesson preparation and communication to enhance the ability of education and teaching. Small class teaching effect is better, but many of the specific implementation rules, still need to constantly sum up experience, improve.
