摘要/Abstract

摘要： 研究生就业作为人才培养的重要考核指标,关系着人才能否为社会所用,也关系着毕业生能否找到满意合适的工作。新时代下,工科院校对研究生的就业指导与服务应坚持“以人为本”的原则,以实际需求为导向,以调研为基础,从信息化建设、队伍建设和生涯辅导3个方面创新研究生就业指导路径,提升研究生就业能力。

关键词: 研究生, 就业问题, 实证分析

Abstract: As an important evaluation index for talent training, graduate employment is related to whether talents can be used by the society, and whether graduates can find a satisfactory job. Under the new era, the employment guidance and service of graduate students in engineering colleges should adhere to the principle of “people-oriented”, guided by actual needs, and based on research, innovate graduate employment guidance from three aspects: information construction, team building and career counseling,to improve graduate employment.
