摘要: “新工科”建设对物流管理与工程人才培养模式提出了新的要求,创新型人才的培养成为重中之重。长安大学物流管理与工程类专业在新工科建设背景下,紧密围绕专业进行创新型人才培养。结合物流管理与工程专业的特点,从创新环境、教学体系、教学模式、反馈制度以及教学计划出发,为综合性大学培养高素质的创新型物流人才提供思路。

Abstract: The construction of "new engineering" has put forward new requirements for the logistics management and engineering talent training mode, and the cultivation of innovative talents has become the top priority. The logistics management and engineering majors of Chang'an University, under the background of the construction of new engineering disciplines, closely focus on the training of innovative talents. Combined with the characteristics of logistics management and engineering, this paper provides ideas for comprehensive universities to cultivate high-quality innovative logistics talents from the innovative environment, teaching system, teaching mode, feedback system and teaching plan.
