摘要/Abstract

摘要： 随着我国大学生创新创业教育的发展与深入,大学生的创新创业能力越来越受到高校和社会的重视,辅导员作为高校一线学生工作者,在大学生创新创业教育中起着举足轻重的作用。该文就我国大学生创新创业教育开展现状、辅导员在大学生创新创业教育中的重要性、辅导员参与大学生创新创业的途径等方面展开论述,分析了辅导员在高校创新创业教育中发挥的重要作用,并就如何提高辅导员创新创业教育工作能力提出了几点建议。

Abstract: With the continuous deepening and promotion of innovation and entrepreneurship education in China, students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability has been paid more and more attention by schools and society. As front-line student workers in colleges and universities, counselors play an important role in innovation and entrepreneurship education. This paper discusses the present situation of innovation and entrepreneurship education in China, the necessity for counselors to participate in innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, and the ways for counselors to participate in innovation and entrepreneurship education for college students. Meanwhile, this paper analyzes the roles of counselors in innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, and puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the ability of counselors in innovation and entrepreneurship education.
