摘要: 职业教育教学活动有着独有的产业属性,其质量评价模型的构建需要选取更科学的评价主体、依据更直观的评价标准和执行清晰可行的评价流程。该文在广义的校企合作视角下基于PDCA循环理论,采用核心“基点”将职业教育教学质量评价全过程流程化,并从中选取各质量预警观测点,用于职业教育教学体系的自我评价与优化,以期实现精准评价,重塑教育教学生态。

Abstract: Vocational education teaching activities have unique industrial attributes, and the construction of its quality evaluation model needs to select more scientific evaluation subjects, more intuitive evaluation criteria and clear and feasible evaluation process.Based on the PDCA cycle theory, this paper adopts the core "basis point" to streamline the whole process of vocational education teaching quality evaluation, and selects each quality early warning observation point from it for the self-evaluation and optimization of vocational education teaching system, so as to achieve accurate evaluation and reshape the education and teaching ecology.
