摘要/Abstract

摘要： 随着我国经济转型发展的深入推进,地方本科高校作为综合性应用型人才培养的重地,必须深刻领会时代发展对人才的需求,积极探索产教融合协同育人的新模式。该文阐述了地方本科高校产教融合协同育人的重要性,从政府主导、人才培养模式改革以及师资队伍建设等方面开展了产教融合协同育人路径的研究,提出了产教融合协同育人保障机制的建设,促使地方本科高校更好的服务社会经济发展和产业升级。

Abstract: With the deepening of China's economic transformation and development, local undergraduate colleges and universities, as the important place for the cultivation of comprehensive applied talents, must deeply understand the requirements of the national and social times, and actively explore the new model of the integration of industry and education. This paper expounds the importance of the integration of industry and education in local undergraduate colleges and universities, studies the path of the integration of industry and education from the aspects of government leading, the reform of talent training mode and the construction of teachers, and puts forward the construction of the guarantee mechanism of the integration of industry and education.
