基于OBE理念的地方高校创新创业人才培养路径探析

摘要: 开展创新创业教育,培养适应社会发展需求的创新创业型人才,是新时代赋予高校的职责和使命,也是推进高校教学改革和提升人才培养质量的重要举措。创新创业教育仍处于起步探索阶段,尚存在理念认识模糊、课程体系单一、师资队伍不健全、运行机制不完善等问题。该文针对当前地方高校创新创业教育存在的问题,基于OBE教育理念的界定与分析,分别从课程体系、师资队伍、运行机制、双创文化四个方面,从OBE教育理念的视角探讨了地方高校创新创业人才培养路径。以期为地方高校创新创业型人才培养提供新思路。

Abstract: Carrying out innovation and entrepreneurship education and cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents to meet the needs of social development is the duty and mission entrusted to colleges and universities by the new era. It is also an important measure to promote university teaching reform and improve the quality of talent training. Innovation and entrepreneurship education is still in the initial stage of exploration, and there are still problems such as incomplete understanding of concepts, incomplete curriculum system, imperfect teaching staff, imperfect operating mechanism and so on.In terms of the problems existing in the development of innovative entrepreneurship education in local colleges and universities, this paper discusses the training path of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in local colleges and universities from four aspects: curriculum system, teaching staff, operation mechanism and mass entrepreneurship and innovation culture, based on the definition and analysis of the concept of OBE, in order to provide new ideas for the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in local colleges and universities.
