摘要/Abstract

摘要： 随着“双创”战略的深入实施,国家对高校创新创业教育给予了高度重视并提供了制度保障,高校创新创业教育地位正逐步提升。中国工会“十七大”对于工会职责做出了解释,工会工作不只是维护职工合法权益,还要竭诚服务职工。这对高校工会提出了新的要求,高校工会应思考如何服务学校创新创业教育工作。该文将对高校工会服务创新创业教育的必要性、背景和对策进行论述。

Abstract: With the in-depth implementation of the "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" strategy, the state attaches great importance to the entrepreneurship education in Colleges and universities, and the status of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Colleges and universities is gradually improving. In the new era, the 17th National Congress of China's trade union proposed a change in the duties of labour union. The work of labour union is not only to protect workers, but also to serve them wholeheartedly. This puts forward new requirements for the labour union of colleges and universities, and how the labour union of colleges and universities should serve the innovation and entrepreneurship education of schools. This paper will discuss the necessity, background analysis and Countermeasures of service innovation and entrepreneurship education of labour union in Colleges and universities.
