“材料分析方法”在大学生创新实践平台中的探索与应用

摘要: 小组成员们在大学生创新实践平台上运用“材料分析方法”中的EBSD技术开展了高锰TRIP钢的马氏体取向依赖性的研究。在教师的指导下,成员们了解了测定过程,学习了EBSD制样技术、EBSD分析技术,并以准原位的方式探究了不同单向压缩变形量下的马氏体取向依赖性和对应过程中奥氏体组织的晶粒取向转动规律。项目不但取得了明显的实验结果,而且同学们通过亲身参与实验的研究过程,锻炼了动手能力,丰富了同学们的科研经历。此外,也是一次对“材料分析方法”实践型教学的有益尝试。

Abstract: The team members used EBSD technology in "material analysis method" to study the martensite orientation dependence of high manganese TRIP steel on the innovative practice platform for college students. Under the guidance of teachers, the members comprehended the measurement process, learned EBSD sample preparation technology and EBSD analysis technology, and explored the martensite orientation dependence under different unidirectional compression deformation and the grain orientation rotation law of the austenite during the corresponding process in a quasi-in-situ manner.The project not only achieved obvious experimental results, but also the students exercised their hands-on ability and enriched their scientific research experience by participating in the experimental research process.In addition, it is also a beneficial attempt for the practical teaching of "material analysis method".
