摘要/Abstract

摘要： 在知识经济时代,科技成了第一生产力,科技创新是提高社会生产力和综合国力的战略支撑。在这样的背景下,我国十八大明确提出了创新驱动发展战略。创新是当代人才提升自身就业创业能力的关键。因此,高校应当要加强对学生进行就业创业教育,帮助学生树立正确的就业创业观,提升学生的就业创业能力,以此来缓解我国的就业压力。为此,文章主要对创新驱动发展战略背景下就业创业能力提升策略进行了分析和探讨。

Abstract: In the era of knowledge economy, science and technology has become the first productivity, and scientific and technological innovation is the strategic support to improve social productivity and comprehensive national strength. In this context, China clearly put forward the innovation driven development strategy at the 18th National Congress. Innovation is the key for the contemporary talents to improve their ability of employment and entrepreneurship. Therefore, colleges and universities should strengthen the employment and entrepreneurship education for students, help students to establish a correct concept of employment and entrepreneurship, and improve the employment and entrepreneurship ability of students, so as to alleviate the employment pressure in China. For this reason, this paper mainly analyzes and discusses the strategies to enhance the employability and entrepreneurship under the background of innovation driven development strategy.
