Abstract: With the continuous reform and innovation of modern education system, school enterprise cooperation, integration of industry and education, as a new teaching mode and concept, to a certain extent, provides opportunities and platforms for the further development of vocational education, practically promotes the industrial enterprises to become an important school running subject, promotes education reform and talent development, and truly meets the reality of regional industry and regional development International demand. However, in view of the construction and improvement of the vocational employment guidance service system, the integration of industry and education has not been effectively implemented, and the overall lack of systematicness and scientificity, divorced from the needs of the development of social enterprises, all of these problems hinder the orderly development of education. Based on this, this paper first expounds the significance of building a modern vocational employment guidance service system under the background of the integration of industry and education, then analyzes the main difficulties faced by the construction of the current vocational employment guidance service system, and finally puts forward a series of construction strategies and measures of the vocational employment guidance service system under the background of the integration of industry and education.
