摘要/Abstract

摘要： 高校教育的大众化、普及化促使应用型高校在人才培养上探索新的途径。实践育人共同体的建设符合教育发展规律,可充分发挥政府、企业、社会、高校各方主体的作用,通过多元化方案设计,共享资源,满足各主体的需求,从而更加有效的提高高校人才培养质量,提高大学生综合素质水平。

关键词: 实践育人, 共同体, 应用型高校

Abstract: With the popularization of higher education, application-oriented colleges and universities explore new ways to cultivate talents. The construction of practice education community is in line with the law of education development. It can give full play to the role of the government, enterprises, society and colleges and universities, share resources and meet the needs of each subject through diversified scheme design, so as to effectively improve the quality of personnel training in Colleges and Universities and improve the comprehensive quality level of college students.
