摘要: 当前,传统的人才培养模式难以适应新时代人才需求的变化,管理学课程建设存在专业课与思政教育脱节,学生思政教育不足;教师重专业知识和能力教育,轻思想政治素质培养;案例教学普遍缺乏思政元素等问题。在管理学课程建设研究中,可通过提高挖掘思政元素的力度,优化课程教学体系,提高专业课教师队伍思政素养,改进教学方法,加强管理课内外实践教学,完善教学质量考评制度等措施推进管理学课程思政建设。

Abstract: At present, the traditional talent training mode is difficult to adapt to the changes of talent demand in the new era. There are some problems in the construction of management curriculum, such as the disconnection between professional courses and ideological and political education, the lack of Ideological and political education, the teachers' emphasis on professional knowledge and ability education, and the neglect of Ideological and political quality training, the widespread case teaching, lack of Ideological and political elements and so on. In the research of management course construction, we can promote the ideological and political construction of management course by improving the strength of excavating ideological and political elements, optimizing the teaching system, improving the ideological and political quality of professional teachers, improving teaching methods, strengthening the practice teaching inside and outside the management class, and improving the teaching quality evaluation system.
