The Latest Development of Foreign Research on Entrepreneurial Learning

摘要: 创业者需要通过不断地学习将创业创意转化为创业行动。近几年来,创业学习理论显示了其对创业行为的强劲解释力,因此,创业学习也成为了创业研究的一个热门话题。该文首先回顾了创业学习的概念并在此基础上梳理了近三年发表在创业领域国际一流期刊上关于创业学习的文章,这些研究的主题可以大致分为创业学习与创业策略、创业学习主体、创业学习层面、创业学习情境以及创业学习过程五类。基于对近年研究成果的回顾,该文从文献中整理出了未来创业学习研究的趋势方向,包括团队创业学习、纵向研究设计与深化情境特征。

Abstract: Entrepreneurs need to transform creative ideas into entrepreneurial actions through continuous learning. In recent years, entrepreneurial learning theory has shown its strong explanatory power to entrepreneurial behavior. Therefore, entrepreneurial learning has become a hot topic in entrepreneurial research. This paper first reviews the definition of entrepreneurial learning and on this basis combs the articles on entrepreneurial learning published in international first-class journals in the field of entrepreneurship in the past three years. It is found that the topics of these studies can be roughly divided into five categories: entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial strategies, subjects of entrepreneurial learning, level of entrepreneurial learning, situations of entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial learning process. Based on the review of recent research, this paper sorts out the directions for future entrepreneurial learning research, including team entrepreneurial learning, longitudinal research design and deepening situational characteristics.
