摘要: 当前,教育改革模式不断深化,以此为前提,衍生出了一些高效的教学和管理理念,理念指导着教师深入开展教学和管理工作。人本主义教育理念自从提出之后就深刻影响着教育事业的发展,有利于提高教育发展质量。所以,高职教师要在教学模式改革和创新的前提下,秉承人本主义教育理念,并且将该理念融入到具体的教学中,开展教育和管理工作,实现有效的高职教学和管理。

Abstract: At present, with the deepening of education reform mode, some efficient teaching and management concepts have been derived, which guide teachers to carry out teaching and management work in depth. Since the concept of humanistic education was put forward, it has a profound impact on the development of education and is conducive to improving the quality of education development. Therefore, under the premise of teaching mode reform and innovation, higher vocational teachers should uphold the humanistic education concept, and integrate the concept into specific teaching, carry out education and management work, and realize the effectiveness of higher vocational teaching and management.
