新时代飞行器质量与可靠性专业应用型人才培养模式探讨

摘要: 近来,教育部倡导高等教育“回归本科”,在国家教育政策引导下的地方高校本科教育的转型发展获得新的引领。该校作为地方本科高校,应借机重审自身办学定位,在建设“应用科技大学”为目标培养高层次应用型人才的基础上,重新重视并提高本科教育质量,更进一步探索本科人才培养的新模式。该文以该校飞行器质量与可靠性专业为研究对象,以应用型人才培养模式为切入点,从人才培养目标、课程设计、教学模式、师资队伍建设等多方面进行探索,寻求本科教育质量如何提高的可持续发展方向。

Abstract: Recently, the national ministry of education has advocated the "return to undergraduate education" in higher education. Under the guidance of national education policy, the transformation and development of undergraduate education in local universities has gained new guidance. As a local undergraduate university, our university should take the opportunity to re-examine its own orientation of running a school. On the basis of building "University of Applied Science and Technology" as the goal of training high-level applied talents, we should re-emphasize and improve the quality of undergraduate education, and further explore the new mode of undergraduate talent training. In this paper, the aircraft quality and reliability specialty in our university is taken as the research object, and the training mode of applied talents is taken as the breakthrough point. The sustainable development direction of how to improve the quality of undergraduate education is explored from many aspects, such as personnel training objectives, curriculum design, teaching mode and teacher team construction.
