摘要/Abstract

摘要： 随着高等职业教育“校企合作、工学结合”模式的不断推进 ,职业指导这项隐性课程的重要性越来越受到广泛重视。学生只有具备真实岗位的职业素养和具体岗位的职业技能,才能适应严峻的就业形势。研究传统人才培养模式存在的问题,提升校企合作模式下的高职院校精细化的职业指导的有效性十分必要。

Abstract: With the continuous advancement of the mode of "school-enterprise cooperation, work-study integration" in Higher Vocational education, the importance of the hidden curriculum of vocational guidance has been paid more and more attention. Only when students possess the professional qualities and skills of real posts can they adapt to the severe employment situation. It is necessary to study the problems existing in the traditional talent training mode and improve the effectiveness of fine vocational guidance in Higher Vocational Colleges under the mode of school-enterprise cooperation.
