大学素质教育特点与改革创新研究

Research on the Characteristics and Reform of Quality Education in Universities

摘要: 素质教育对于提高大学生素养、推动国家社会进步具有重要的意义。素质教育涵盖创新能力培养、贯彻终身学习理念与世界观人生观教育。目前,我国素质教育存在一定的差异化,这些差异化体现在各地区素质教育资源不均衡、各高校素质教育师资不均衡、各部门对素质教育重视程度不均衡等。根据素质教育理念与差异化特点,该文提出实施大学生素质教育的具体措施,第一,以创新能力为核心树立大学生素质教育目标;第二,以创新竞赛为抓手推进素质教育;第三,以公平为原则整合不同区域与高校素质教育资源。

Abstract: Quality education is of great significance for improving college students' literacy and promoting national social progress. Quality education covers the cultivation of innovative abilities, the implementation of lifelong learning concepts and the education of the world outlook and life outlook. At present, there are certain differences in quality education in China. These differences are reflected in the imbalance of quality education resources in various regions, the imbalance of teachers in quality education in various universities, and the imbalance of various departments' emphasis on quality education. According to the concept of quality education and the characteristics of differentiation, this article puts forward specific measures for the implementation of quality education for college students. First, establish the goal of quality education for college students with innovation ability as the core; second, promote quality education with innovation competition as the starting point; third, integrate quality education resources in different regions and colleges with the principle of fairness.
